Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Chemistry, Biochemistry or related STEM field, and the ability to work in a lab setting with PPE. Evening hours and full-time benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or other STEM related degrees.
• Ability to work effectively in a laboratory environment, including standing for extended periods, working around strong odors, and wearing PPE.

Responsibilities

• Analyze environmental samples using chemistry and biochemistry methods to identify contaminants.
• Review and interpret results from sample analysis.
• Document procedures, observations and results to maintain high-quality laboratory records.
• Clean, calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
