Qualifications

• Comfortable working in varied field environments.
• Ability to lift and move items over 50 pounds safely.
• Strong attention to detail and a logical approach to problem-solving.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare robots for each shift by ensuring hardware and software are ready.
• Charge robots and batteries; manage daily power cycles.
• Clean robots and protect external hardware.
• Assist with mechanical repairs on the robot fleet.
• Support service campaigns updating hardware/software across fleet.
• Assist remote support coordinators as hands-on field contact.
• Calibrate sensors and wheel alignment for safe navigation.
• Keep workshop clean, safe, and organized.
