Avride is hiring a part-time Robot Service Technician Assistant to support the deployment of autonomous delivery robots across multiple campuses in the U.S. This entry-level role focuses on daily operations, maintenance, and preparation of our robot fleet on weekends.

You will learn foundational electro-mechanical assembly skills while contributing to fleet readiness and safe navigation. This position is staffed through a partner and offers weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work weekends and travel to campuses as needed.
• Entry-level role with focus on learning robotics and electromechanical assembly.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare robots for the shift by ensuring hardware and software readiness.
• Put robots and batteries on chargers for the night to maximize fleet readiness.
• Clean robots and protect external hardware.
• Perform basic mechanical repairs on robots.
• Support service campaigns for hardware or software updates.
• Assist remote support coordinators as a hands-on field contact.
• Perform calibrations and wheel alignment to ensure safe navigation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop.
