Toho Water Authority is seeking an entry-level technician to support Water and Wastewater Plant operations in Florida. You will perform preventive and reactive maintenance on pumps, motors, valves, and related equipment, using schematics while handling heavy components and following safety procedures.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid Florida Class E license, and within six months obtaining a Florida Class A CDL with hazmat endorsement.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate crane truck and use a variety of hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and utilize schematic diagrams.
• Requires physical stamina to lift and handle heavy components.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance and repairs on pumps, motors, valves, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and replace mechanical parts, valves, piping, and pumps; follow safety guidelines.
• Maintain and operate generators, by-pass pumps, and related plant infrastructure.
