AtkinsRéalis is seeking an entry-level Water Resources Engineer to join our Orlando, FL team. You will develop hydrologic and hydraulic models for stormwater, drainage studies, and FEMA reports, while performing CAD tasks and data analysis using ArcGIS.

You will assists in proposals and design development, with opportunities for mentorship and professional growth in a global engineering network. $75k–$85k annual compensation is offered for this role.

Qualifications

• Completion of B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited college/university, preferably focusing on water resources.
• 0–2 years of related technical field experience.
• Registered EI or EIT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop hydrologic and hydraulic models for planning and design of stormwater facilities and drainage projects.
• Research feasibility of design approaches, site conditions, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform drafting and CAD tasks; analyze data using ArcGIS.
• Assist in client proposals and presentations; prepare technical reports.
