Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Zero to two years of experience in a related position or environment with water/wastewater treatment knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Operate plant processes including primary and secondary wastewater treatment and sludge handling.
• Maintain and perform minor repairs on equipment and submit work orders for major repairs.
• Read meters, gauges, and log data; monitor control panels and adjust valves as needed.
• Perform routine field tests and laboratory tests to monitor chemical dosages and process conditions.
