Job summary

Cox Enterprises is seeking a Title Specialist I in Indianapolis to accurately process vehicle titles, verify information, and stay current with title laws. The role involves interacting with clients and regulatory agencies to resolve issues, with a Monday–Friday 10 AM–7 PM shift.

Essential duties include reviewing titles for negotiability, completing title applications, and handling lien related tasks while maintaining strong customer service and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Typically less than 2 years of experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong communication and customer service skills are required.
• Ability to sit/stand for extended periods; light lifting up to 10 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Review titles for negotiability and reassignments.
• Prepare new title applications for clients as needed.
• Facilitate lien perfection on collateral when required.
• Release a lien after full payment according to policy.
• Respond to client inquiries about title questions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
