Job summary

Cox Automotive in Carmel, IN is seeking a Lead Business Services Specialist responsible for accurate processing of vehicle titles, verifying information, and resolving issues with internal and external clients. The role supports Title & Records operations, trains teammates, and ensures compliance with US title requirements while maintaining service quality.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM, with opportunities to grow within the department and cross-train other team

Qualifications

Must have strong MS Office skills and proficient title handling experience.
Experience with motor vehicle titles and title processing workflows.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
Strong communication and customer service orientation.
Ability to work with limited supervision and resolve complex issues.

Responsibilities

Process and route incoming mail and prepare titles for scanning.
Scan, verify, and associate titles to barcoded folders.
Maintain secure vault repository and retrieve folders as needed.
Print and ship titles; operate mail processing equipment and keep workspace clean.
Respond to client inquiries via email, ticketing system, or phone; escalate when needed.
Assist with escalated issues and cross-training of team members.
