Job summary

Rush Truck Centers in Converse, TX seeks an Entry Level Used Truck Sales Representative to generate new business within an assigned territory, primarily in-person and away from the workplace. You will build a sales pipeline, conduct a mix of in-person visits and calls, and document all activity in CRM.

Role requires valid driver's license, willingness to travel, and ability to coordinate with service, finance and insurance teams to finalize transactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 1 year related experience or training.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable per Rush requirements.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Self-generate prospective customers and opportunities.
• Maintain relationships in the territory with in-person visits at least three days a week.
• Build a strong sales pipeline with regular outside activity and quotes follow-up.
• Document all communications and sales activity weekly in CRM with detail.
• Coordinate with service, finance, and insurance departments to close deals.
• Promote and sell all services including parts, service, warranties, and telematics.
• Meet monthly sales and account targets as defined by the sales system.
