You will draft pleadings, perform research, attend depositions, advise insureds and partners, build client relationships, and travel as needed. Requires JD, active license in states, 1–3 years' litigation experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of litigation experience as a practicing attorney.
• Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools & technology.

Responsibilities

• Handle lower complexity matters under supervision.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery and other documents.
• Conduct legal research and write persuasively.
• Attend court events, depositions, and appointments with counsel.
• Provide case analysis and recommendations to insured clients and partners.
• Build and maintain strong client and business partner relationships.
• Utilize case management system and technology effectively.
• Travel as required to meet business needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
