Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Trimmer Trainee to join our field crew. This full-time, non-exempt role involves trimming and removing trees, operating and maintaining equipment, and assisting with debris handling in outdoor settings.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditions.
• Must have good hand-to-eye coordination.
• Must be able to climb ladders and work at various heights.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen/background/MVR as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Trims and/or removes trees, branches, trunk sections.
• Operate and service all required tools/equipment.
• Loads/unloads trucks and feeds debris into a woodchipper.
• Relays hand signals, directs traffic, and escorts trucks as needed.
• Keeps trucks and work areas clean and orderly.
