Job summary

Arthrex Iowa is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to join our fast-paced teams in Peoria, IL. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of top-decile sales experience, a Bachelor's degree, and a passion for medical devices. The role offers uncapped earnings potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' sales experience in top decile of a sales organization.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience in sports, sports medicine or competition preferred.
• Knowledge of human anatomy a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Clean driving record, background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Support the territory's surgical staff including delivering products to surgeons and maintaining their accounts
• Promote our products to surgeons and healthcare professionals
• Grow your accounts by working with existing customers and prospecting for new customers in your territory
• Perfect your selling skills with support and mentoring from fellow sales representatives and manager
• Cultivate and maintain an excellent rapport with clients to maintain longstanding relationships
• Maintain inventory of consigned products
