Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or in-progress Master’s degree in transportation, civil or electrical engineering, urban and regional planning or related fields.
• Relevant coursework in transportation topics; EIT is preferred for engineering candidates.
• Experience with transportation topics such as field work, traffic operations analysis, planning, and safety.
• Proficiency with Excel, GIS, CAD, and traffic modeling tools.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct transportation analysis and prepare reports and memos.
• Prepare presentations and public outreach materials.
• Support project coordination and management activities.
• Engage with professional organizations and industry activities.
• Conduct site visits and collect field data.
• Contribute to Fehr & Peers R&D program.
• Adopt new tools and maintain professional judgment.
