ARL is seeking an IBE Services Specialist—an entry-level role designed to build a broad working knowledge of ARL transport operations. The position touches equipment and inventory tracking, driver recruiting and onboarding support, and safety and compliance coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Comfort with data entry, spreadsheets and standard software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate inventory of equipment across terminals and track assignments.
• Assist with sourcing and screening driver candidates and coordinating interviews.
• Process driver paperwork and organize qualification files.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics and provide first-point contact for questions.
• Support safety/compliance by tracking renewals and document expirations.
• Provide cross-functional support to learn end-to-end transport operations.
