Job summary

Dream Finders Homes seeks an entry-level Title Operations Trainee to build foundational knowledge across title functions. Under supervision, you will complete structured training and support title production, examination, closing or escrow, recording, policy, and post-closing with a focus on accuracy and timely task completion.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to learn title operations through structured training.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding, training, and cross-training for title functions.
• Learn and follow company systems, workflows, procedures, and quality requirements.
• Enter and maintain transaction data in title production systems.
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy; escalate discrepancies.
• Support title functions (order entry, production, examination, closing, recording, policy, post-closing, and customer service).
• Prepare, organize, and distribute routine title documents under supervision.
• Research public records and property information as required.
• Manage task queues and meet service levels and deadlines.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams and external parties.
