Dream Finders Homes seeks an entry-level Title Operations Trainee to build foundational knowledge across title functions and support title production, examination, closing or escrow, and related operations.

The Title Operations Trainee is an entry-level role designed to build foundational knowledge and skills across title operations. Under direct supervision, the trainee completes structured training and supports one or more functions, which may include title production, examination, closing or escrow, recording, policy, post-closing, and customer service. Success in this role requires accuracy, responsiveness, sound judgment, and steady progress toward independently completing assigned tasks. Specific assignments and the timing of progression will depend on business needs, training completion, and demonstrated proficiency.
