Job summary

Title Resource Network is seeking a Junior Title Examiner/Support to assist the title insurance process from order intake through policy delivery. You will open new title orders, conduct courthouse research, review final documents, and prepare files for examiner review, while acting as a primary contact for customers.

This full-time role requires meticulous data entry, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with lenders, agents, and county offices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Background check required.
• Reliable transportation if mobile closings are required.
• Preferred associate or bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in administrative, real estate, or legal support role.
• Experience with title production systems (SoftPro, ResWare).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Open new title orders and enter details into the production system.
• Review finals and ensure all items are present for examiner review.
• Coordinate with lenders, agents, and county offices to complete files.
• Provide title insurance quotes and respond to customer inquiries.
• Maintain deadlines and organize documents for efficient review.
