Job summary

Alleviation is seeking an ambitious, entry-level outside direct sales professional to join our team in Texas. You will meet with business owners and decision-makers, promote leading supplemental insurance products, and build a personal client portfolio with comprehensive training and ongoing support.

You’ll use our Salesforce CRM to manage leads, plan meetings, and track sales activity, while working toward monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check
• Active Driver's License and transportation
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training provided)
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience; relevant sales/athletic background considered

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your client base
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with local business owners
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio
• Collaborate to set monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule and submit weekly plan
• Record daily work stats and sales activity
