Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive growth in your assigned Washington territory. You will contact business owners, present insurance solutions, and manage your own book of business with ongoing training and support.

You will build relationships, set appointments, and balance cold outreach with warm leads while working in a competitive, team-driven environment. A license in Health & Life or willingness to obtain one is required with licensing reimbursement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or at least 4 years of outside sales experience.
• Licensed Health & Life producer license or willingness to obtain (licensing reimbursement).
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Outside sales in your own territory, meeting with business owners and decision-makers.
• Call on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients.
• Build and maintain your book of business and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Set follow-up appointments and submit sales metrics daily.
• Deliver product presentations to groups of 50–100+ people.
• Develop relationships with local business owners and managers.
