Qualifications

• Entry-level opportunity with or without prior sales experience.
• Extensive training program provided to all team members.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
• Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your client base within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and present solutions.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with local owners.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets with the team manager.
• Plan and report weekly schedule and daily activity stats.
