Whirlwind Steel is seeking a Territory Manager in Houston to develop and maintain relationships with customers and prospects within an assigned territory. You will serve as a key point of contact, guiding orders and projects while collaborating with the sales team and internal departments.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or candidate with degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current customers and prospects.
• Communicate with customers by phone and email regarding orders, projects, questions, and product needs.
• Work toward achieving sales goals and growing your assigned territory.
• Assist the District Sales Manager with developing new customers and expanding existing relationships.
• Learn Whirlwind Steel's products and services and help customers identify solutions that meet their needs.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer and order information in our CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to help ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up with customers throughout the order process to provide a high level of service.
• Build your knowledge of the metal building industry, sales processes, and customer relationship management.
• Represent Whirlwind Steel professionally and demonstrate our commitment to customer service.
