Job summary

Whirlwind Steel is seeking a Territory Manager to nurture relationships with current customers and prospects. You will act as the primary inside sales coordinator, driving territory growth and ensuring error-free order processing.

The role emphasizes high-quality service and professional conduct to retain customers. You will communicate regularly with clients via phone and email, maintain CRM data, and assist the District Sales Manager in onboarding new customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven inside sales experience in a sales-driven environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed the sales goals for your territory.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email about orders and projects.
• Input accurate information into the CRM system per guidelines.
• Assist District Sales Manager in acquiring and onboarding new customers.
• Maintain understanding of product offerings to provide best solutions.
