Job summary

Whirlwind Steel Buildings and Components in Georgia seeks a Territory Manager to develop and nurture relationships with customers and prospects within an assigned territory. You will be a main point of contact for orders, coordinating with sales and internal teams to ensure accurate processing.

Ideal for recent graduates with strong communication and a drive to build a career in sales; English and Spanish bilingualism is preferred and commuting daily to the Tallapoosa facility is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current customers and prospects.
• Communicate with customers by phone and email regarding orders, projects, questions, and product needs.
• Work toward achieving sales goals and growing your assigned territory.
• Assist the District Sales Manager with developing new customers and expanding existing relationships.
• Learn Whirlwind Steel's products and services and help customers identify solutions that meet their needs.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer and order information in our CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to help ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up with customers throughout the order process to provide a high level of service.
• Build your knowledge of the metal building industry, sales processes, and customer relationship management.
• Represent Whirlwind Steel professionally and demonstrate our commitment to customer service.
