SOL Mental Health in Manhattan, NY is seeking an Entry Level Territory Manager / Provider Relationship Manager.

This remote + field-based role focuses on building referral partnerships with healthcare providers and expanding access to mental health services across a national footprint.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, business development or relationship-focused role
• Healthcare or provider-facing sales experience a plus but not required
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools is a plus
• Passion for healthcare and expanding access to mental health services

About the Role

As a Provider Relationship Manager, you’ll build referral partnerships with healthcare providers and medical groups across your territory. This is a highly visible, field-based role focused on growing relationships, expanding patient access to care, and driving market growth.You’ll spend 4–5 days per week in the field meeting with partners, managing your territory, and building long-term referral relationships.
