Job summary

SOL Mental Health is seeking an Entry Level Territory Manager / Provider Relationship Manager in Brooklyn, NY with a remote + field-based arrangement. You will build referral partnerships with healthcare providers and expand access to mental health services across your territory.

In this role you will spend 4–5 days per week in the field meeting partners, manage your territory, and grow a pipeline of referral partners while using Salesforce to track activity and opportunities.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, business development or relationship-focused role.
• Healthcare or provider-facing sales experience a plus but not required.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools is a plus.
• Passion for healthcare and expanding access to mental health services.

On-target earnings: $125,000+ ($75K base + uncapped bonus)
