Job summary

SOL Mental Health is seeking an Entry Level Territory Manager / Provider Relationship Manager for Long Island, NY, with remote + field-based duties. The role offers on-target earnings of $125,000+ (75K base + uncapped bonus) and a path to build national referrals networks.

You’ll spend 4–5 days per week in the field meeting providers, expanding patient access to mental health services, and driving market growth alongside a fast-growing team.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, business development or relationship-focused role.
• Healthcare or provider-facing sales experience a plus but not required.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools is a plus.
• Passion for healthcare and expanding access to mental health services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person meetings and educational outreach.
• Grow and manage a pipeline of referral partners.
