Job summary

SOL Mental Health is hiring an Entry Level Territory Manager / Provider Relationship Manager to cover Long Island, NY with remote + field-based work. You’ll build referral partnerships with healthcare providers and expand access to mental health services in your territory.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, business development or relationship-focused role
• Healthcare or provider-facingsales experiencea plus but not required

On-target earnings: $125,000+ ($75K base + uncapped bonus)

About the Role

As a Provider Relationship Manager, you’ll build referral partnerships with healthcare providers and medical groups across your territory. This is a highly visible, field-based role focused on growing relationships, expanding patient access to care, and driving market growth.You’ll spend 4–5 days per week in the field meeting with partners, managing your territory, and building long-term referral relationships.
