Job summary

SOL Mental Health is seeking an entry-level Provider Relationship Manager / Outside Account Executive to build referral partnerships with healthcare providers and medical groups across your territory. This is a field-based role focused on growing relationships, expanding patient access to care, and driving market growth.

You will spend 4–5 days per week in the field meeting partners, managing your territory, and developing long-term referral relationships.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in sales, customer service, business development or relationship-focused role.
• Healthcare or provider-facing sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person meetings and educational outreach.
• Grow and manage a pipeline of referral partners.
