Qualifications

• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Health & Life Producer license or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience; sales or athletic background accepted.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and grow your client portfolio.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with prospects to assess insurance needs.
• Visit local businesses and build relationships with owners and decision-makers.
• Present products to groups of 50–100+ when appropriate.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with the team.
