Job summary

Altitude Development Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive outreach in your assigned territory. You will engage small to medium-sized business owners and decision-makers, conducting cold calls, setting up face-to-face meetings, and presenting Altitude's insurance solutions tailored to client needs.

You will build relationships, balance cold and warm leads, and collaborate with a supportive team that values personal and collective success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional outside sales experience.
• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement).

Responsibilities

• Respond to general emails and phone calls from clients.
• Set follow-up appointments with prospective and current clients.
• Be present on scheduled calls or meetings with sales team or manager.
• Call on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients needing reservice.
• Build and maintain your own book of business.
• Meet with sales team manager to discuss monthly and quarterly targets.
• Develop relationships with local business owners in your territory.
• Set your own scheduled working hours and submit them weekly.
• Follow up on provided sales leads and cold-call on businesses in person.
