Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking an entry-level Network Operations Service Analyst to serve as the main operational liaison with our TEM partner. You will support billing validation, MACD tracking, reporting, and service lifecycle activities across Retail, Terminal, and Enterprise operations.

A strong communicator with basic networking knowledge and a willingness to learn is key. Working with internal teams and vendor partners, you will help ensure accurate invoicing, issue resolution, and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, telecommunications, business, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in IT, telecom, network operations, or related field welcome.
• Willingness to learn RingCentral UCaaS and TEM processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities with vendor account teams, telecom carriers, circuit aggregators, TEM providers, and RingCentral, including scheduling, billing follow-up, service coordination, and request tracking.
• Attend internal, global, and vendor meetings; document decisions, takeaways, owners, and due dates; ensure tickets are opened; prepare reports and status summaries.
• Validate ServiceNow and vendor tickets for scope, status, ownership, and supporting details; track open vendor action items and SLAs; escalate blockers.
• Support MACD, circuit installations, changes, lifecycle milestones, and SIM provisioning/tracking.
• Support RingCentral UCaaS request tracking and reporting, including feature requests, usage reporting, and research.
• Validate telecom invoices, detect duplicates, validate credits/adjustments, and resolve discrepancies with TEM partner and AP.
• Maintain accurate circuit, service, asset, vendor, and operational records across ServiceNow and billing reports.
• Identify recurring gaps; document workflows and runbooks; support process improvements for billing accuracy and operational visibility.
