Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Network Operations Service Analyst to act as the primary interface with a TEM partner, overseeing telecom expenses, billing validation, and reporting across Retail, Terminal, and Enterprise operations.

You will coordinate MACD activities, track billing and inventory, and support vendor meetings while ensuring data consistency and process improvements under leadership guidance.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in IT, telecommunications, network operations, or related fields; internships or military experience welcome.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities with vendor account teams, carriers, and TEM providers.
• Attend vendor meetings, document decisions and due dates, and prepare reports and dashboards.
• Validate tickets, track open items, and escalate blockers to leadership.
• Support MACD, circuit lifecycle activities, and activation/deactivation processes.
• Maintain accurate records across ServiceNow, vendor portals, circuit inventories, and billing reports.
