Job summary

Global Partners LP in Massachusetts is seeking an entry-level Network Operations Service Analyst. The role interfaces with the TEM partner to oversee telecom expenses, billing accuracy, and service lifecycle, while coordinating MACD, reporting, and escalations for Retail, Terminal, and Enterprise operations.

You will support vendor meetings, data maintenance, and process improvements that enhance billing accuracy and operational visibility, reporting to the VP of Network Operations.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and escalate issues when needed.
• Clear written and verbal communication with cross-functional partners.
• Basic experience preparing reports and validating data.
• Willingness to learn network, telecom, and UCaaS operations.
• Exposure to ServiceNow or ITSM is helpful; willingness to learn required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day to day operational activities with vendor teams, carriers, TEM providers, and RingCentral.
• Attend internal/global/vendor meetings; document decisions; ensure tickets are opened; prepare reports and status updates.
