Join Our Team as an Entry Level Technician at ServiceMaster RRH

We are seeking motivated individuals to fill the Entry Level Technician position at ServiceMaster RRH. This role involves providing emergency restoration and disaster recovery services to our customers under the guidance of the Lead Technician or Crew Chief.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform water/fire/smoke damage and mold remediation, including water extraction, content pack-out, and cleaning
• Set up and monitor air movers and dehumidifiers
• Assist with other cleaning and restoration duties as assigned
• Report equipment issues and customer concerns to supervisors
• Complete tasks following company standards while maintaining quality control

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation
• Ability to read and follow product labels
• Punctuality and proper uniform adherence

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

The role requires lifting up to 70 pounds, standing, walking, and performing physical tasks for extended periods. Safety gear such as respirators may be required, and work conditions vary between indoor and outdoor environments.
