JOB OVERVIEW :

The Support team is seeking a Junior Technical Support Specialist that will be focused on supporting customers using our Console product. This role would be responsible for monitoring the Support Console ticket queue, responding to inquiries from Console customers and internal team members, as well as helping to investigate and troubleshoot Console related questions/issues.

Candidates must be able to showcase excellent English verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users, provide technical support and outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, participate in product reviews and development, and provide input into process/product improvements.

LOCATION: Remote - Portugal. The position is 100% fully remote although we do have an office located in Porto with a team who enjoys meeting there regularly. Applicants located, and legally eligible to work anywhere within Portugal, ideally Porto, are encouraged to apply.

Our compensation philosophy is based on the candidate’s specific working location and experience level .This means that we will take a no negotiation approach in our recruitment and offer processes. The pay range for this position is between 30,000 - 34,000 euro . An exact offer for this position will be determined based on the candidate's working location and experience level, in relation to our existing team.All compensation packages include the additional benefits as described in the 'Why you'll love working with us' section below. WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH:

  • Provide technical support primarily for the Console product and customers via chat, email, Slack and Zoom meetings
  • Monitoring and managing the support ticket queue
  • Manage escalation of investigations, incidents and bugs to Console Engineering team
  • Help improve service and product quality by surfacing customer feedback to appropriate internal teams, such as the Product Team
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested

SKILLS YOU'LL BRING WITH YOU:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a Support environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Ambition to learn about the ad tech space and Kevel products
  • Familiarity working with Meta Ads, Google Ads or other advertising platforms is a plus
  • Experience working alongside or with enterprise level companies
