What do you do as an Express Service Technician?

You perform vehicle maintenance as assigned, following dealer and factory standards, and build Customer loyalty by developing trust and confidence in AutoNation as a care-giver for their vehicle's safety and reliability.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Performing vehicle maintenance work efficiently and accurately, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive Customer loyalty.
2. Communicating regularly with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication effectively.
3. Documenting work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
4. Keeping up to date with factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.
5. Providing an exceptional customer experience to foster loyalty.

Success is measured by achieving targeted production, sales, and Customer Satisfaction Index scores.

What are the job requirements?

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience as an express/quick lube technician is preferred
