We are seeking a candidate to fill a full-time entry-level technical support field technician position to work out of the Grand Junction, Colorado, location.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: You will represent Cyber Solutions every day to our customers as a Technical Support Field Technician, performing a variety of duties, including:

1. Installation of new equipment and services.
2. Supporting computer and network hardware and software.
3. Structured cabling, wireless technologies, camera systems, door access, and any special requests customers may have regarding the installation of products and services.
4. Providing support via phone and e-mail, as well as on-site in homes, places of business, and new construction sites.
5. Being on-call as required.
6. Reading general drop system layouts from blueprints.
7. Completing appropriate paperwork functions as prescribed by management.
8. Working with connectors, fasteners, and wires while using hand tools.
9. Interacting and communicating effectively with customers and co-workers.
10. Having a general level of mechanical and consumer device knowledge.
