Job summary

TOGA Technology is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to assist our retail SMB clients. You will provide support to retail customers and business users, leveraging strong troubleshooting and customer service skills to help TOGA Technology remain an industry leader.

Based in Naperville, IL, you will work on site with a schedule between 7am and 10pm CST, including weekend shifts. Compensation ranges from $16 to $18 per hour, plus benefits and paid training.

Qualifications

• Experience in call center or help desk environments preferred.
• Experience with data entry or IT retailer/supplier (e.g., Best Buy, Geek Squad, Office Max).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Windows and Office 365.
• Knowledge of CSP and Microsoft Partner Center.
• Certifications such as A+ or MTA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Apply proprietary troubleshooting techniques to resolve technical issues.
• Deliver service and support to end-users via phone.
• Document call history for service events.
• Have a working knowledge of client processes.
