Jackson Hewitt Inc. is seeking Seasonal Entry Level Tax Preparers to guide clients through the tax process with accuracy and care.

You will conduct interviews, prepare returns, and provide IRS audit support across multistate scenarios while promoting additional products and services. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, clear communication, and the ability to work in a flexible schedule including day, night, weekends, and both full-time or part-time arrangements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (plus)
• PTIN Certification: Yes
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or tax preferred
• Experience in a fast-paced environment is desired

Aufgaben

• Conduct face-to-face tax interviews with clients.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth and increase client retention.
• Provide clients with IRS audit support.
• Complete all related tax forms in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Process client payments and ensure timely deposits.
• Assist with marketing and business generation efforts.
• Provide clients with information and advice for correct tax form completion.
• Answer client calls via national call center routing system.
• Assist with future tax planning for clients.
• Resolve client complaints or escalate to supervisor as needed.
• Support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration.
