Jackson Hewitt is seeking a Seasonal Entry Level Tax Preparer to guide clients through tax forms and multi-year/state returns. You will conduct face-to-face interviews, prepare returns, and provide IRS audit support with accuracy and care.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, strong communication, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Flexible scheduling includes day, night, weekends, and full-time or part-time options, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is a plus.
• PTIN Certification required.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or tax is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of computer functions and math required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct face-to-face tax interviews with clients.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth and increase client retention.
• Provide clients with IRS audit support.
• Complete tax forms in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Assist with payments and deposits for clients.
