Jackson Hewitt Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Entry Level Tax Preparer to guide clients through tax codes with integrity and quality.

You will conduct face-to-face interviews, explain and prepare accurate tax returns, and provide IRS audit support while helping clients with multistate and multiyear forms. We offer flexible schedules, including day/night/weekend shifts, and a path to build skills in a fast-paced tax environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face tax interviews with clients.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth and client retention.
• Provide clients with IRS audit support.
• Complete all related tax forms accurately and on time.
• Process client payments and deposits.
• Support marketing and business generation efforts.
• Advise clients on future tax planning.
• Answer client questions via our national call center.
• Resolve client complaints with supervisor assistance.
• Collaborate with office priorities through teamwork.
