The role offers flexible scheduling (day, night, weekends, weekdays) and full training. A willingness to learn and strong customer service are essential for success in a fast-paced office environment.

Formación

• PTIN certification is required.
• Seasonal, entry-level tax preparer role.
• Willingness to learn and provide excellent customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct face-to-face tax interviews with clients.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth and increase client retention.
• Provide clients with IRS audit support.
• Complete all related tax forms in compliance with policies.
• Process client payments and deposits.
• Assist with marketing and business generation.
