Textron Systems in Hunt Valley, MD is seeking a Systems Engineer (Uncrewed Land & Air) for an entry‑level role. You will work in an interdisciplinary team to support the full life cycle of systems, perform requirements analysis, develop architecture models, and assist with integration and testing.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant engineering/science.
• Experience with MBSE is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.
• U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Working in an interdisciplinary role, enabling the full life cycle of successful systems.
• Performing requirements analysis to understand customer needs.
• Developing architecture models to support requirements development and derivation.
• Using requirements management and test tools to decompose program requirements.
• Supporting integration and test of system components.
• Developing plans and procedures for integration and test to verify product integration.
• Performing analysis of data extracted from testing.
