Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates for entry-level positions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
• Conduct initial outreach and pre-screening assessments.
• Manage candidate data within the applicant tracking system.
• Partner with Recruiters to understand position requirements.
• Provide follow-up communication for a positive candidate experience.
• Meet weekly sourcing activity metrics.
• Stay up to date on labor market and sourcing practices.
