Job summary

Confidential is seeking a detail-oriented part-time Recruiter & Sourcer to build and maintain a strong pipeline of hourly and skilled trades candidates across our portfolio of service locations. You’ll be the first point of contact for candidates, conducting phone screens, managing pipeline hygiene, and ensuring we have qualified talent ready to fill openings quickly.

This independent, quota-driven role rewards measurable results and diverse location exposure.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience, preferably with hourly and skilled trade workers.
• Proficiency with major job boards and LinkedIn recruiting tools.
• Comfort with CRM/ATS tools (or ability to quickly learn them).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and hit targets consistently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; recruiting experience may substitute.

Responsibilities
