Job summary

NovaSource Power Services is seeking a Technical role in Greeleyville, SC. The position involves maintaining and operating utility-scale PV power plants, monitoring through SCADA, and performing commissioning, testing, and repairs to electrical equipment.

Candidates should have 2+ years in a related role or journeyman certification, with strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety practices, and CMMS/Microsoft Office proficiency. Travel to sites will be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a related position or Journey level certification.
• Experience operating and maintaining power plant electrical systems, SCADA and controls.
• Knowledge of local electrical codes and ability to read schematics.

Responsibilities

• Monitor PV plant operation via SCADA, perform commissioning, testing and repairs.
• Maintain inverters, transformers, switchgear and metering systems; troubleshoot electrical components.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures; ensure documentation is complete.
