Job summary

NEOTech in Westborough, MA is seeking an experienced SMT technician to set up and operate SMT line equipment including screen printer, pick-and-place, and reflow oven. Ensure correct parts, programs, and reflow profiles, while following ESD and IPC‑A‑610 standards.

Responsibilities include loading feeders, verifying part numbers, performing preventative maintenance, and adhering to ISO procedures. A High School diploma and 7+ years electronics experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 7+ years electronic/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with SMT/PCB assembly processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to ESD requirements and board handling.
• Load feeders and verify part numbers for SMT runs.
• Set up and select programs for SMT lines and reflow ovens.
• Perform machine preventative maintenance and cleaning.
• Follow ISO standards and IPC‑A‑610 guidelines.
