Job summary

Hollywood Casino St. Louis is seeking a Slot Machine Technician to support the repair, maintenance, and operation of casino slot machines. You will diagnose mechanical and electronic issues, replace faulty components, and fabricate parts as needed to keep games running smoothly.

The role requires basic computer knowledge, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent English communication. You must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license and work within regulatory and company protocols.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs mechanical and electronic slot machine malfunctions with minimal guidance or assistance.
• Replaces parts and circuit boards which have caused malfunctions; may repair some circuit boards, with assistance.
• Utilizes shop machines to fabricate standard or routine parts.
• Maintains moderate skill levels in mechanical and electronic functions, with possible advanced skills in either.
• Responsible for the inspection, installation, and removal of slot machines.

• Adheres to established departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.

• Responsible for completing all regulatory and company operational logs/forms correctly (e.g., slot machine meter logs, parts logs, conversion forms, etc.).
• Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
• Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.
