Qualifications

• HS Diploma.

• Able to guide customers with step-by-step instructions.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic user-problem analyses for the help desk and assists with monitoring network management systems.
• Collects screenshots and data for troubleshooting and acts as liaison between client and developers.
• Performs initial problem analysis and escalates to next level support when appropriate.
• Coordinates with staff and subject matter experts to resolve problems and logs/tracks requests as primary user contact.
• Maintains awareness of when to escalate issues and provides clear, actionable guidance to customers.
