Nelson Mazda Murfreesboro is seeking a motivated Service Advisor Trainee to learn the essential functions of a Service Advisor and act as a liaison between customers and our service team. This entry-level role offers room for career advancement within the company and a starting pay of $18/hour on a bi-weekly basis.

You will assist customers, learn service processes, prepare cost estimates, and schedule appointments while delivering exceptional service in a team environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of service processes, repair orders, and vehicle maintenance.
• Learn to prepare accurate cost estimates for vehicle repairs and services.
• Facilitate customer appointments, ensuring timely and efficient service scheduling.
• Communicate service updates to customers in a clear and friendly manner.
• Handle customer concerns and issues, working to resolve them in a professional manner.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and warranties.
• Assist with customer follow-ups and service reminders.
• Provide exceptional customer service while fostering a positive work environment.
